Ingredients
- 500g minced shoulder of lamb
- 125g bread
- 1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100g smoked bacon
- Pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
Preparation
- Remove the crust from the bread, moisten the crumb with a little water and squeeze by hand. Mix the breadcrumbs, meat, pressed garlic, chopped onion, whole egg, yolk, oil, ground cumin and pepper.
- Turn on the oven broiler. Shape your mixture into large balls and thread onto skewers.
- Sprinkle the kebabs with cumin seeds.
- You can also cook them on the barbecue.
- Grill the kebabs for around 12 to 15 minutes, turning them as you go.
Serve with couscous flavoured with Spigol®.
